Scaling Food Delivery Orders for Hudson Chopsticks

Overview

When Hudson Chopsticks, a popular restaurant located in Greater Kailash (GK), Delhi, first reached out to Wibits, they were looking to scale their online food orders while keeping their Cost Per Order (CPO) low. While they had a strong presence on both Swiggy and Zomato, directing Meta Ads traffic directly to third-party delivery apps created a major tracking roadblock. They needed a clean, trackable customer journey that catered to evening cravings without wasting budget during off-hours.

Client: Hudson Chopsticks (@hudsonchopsticks)

Industry: Restaurant & Food Delivery

Target Area: Greater Kailash (GK), Delhi (3-mile radius)

Marketing Channel: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Monthly Budget: ₹11,000 (including GST) | ₹300 per day

What We Built: Custom landing page, full tracking setup, and a dual-ad set campaign

Main Result: 139 to 280 orders per week across Swiggy and Zomato

The Platform Problem

Promoting a restaurant on Meta Ads comes with a few tricky problems: If you send ad traffic directly to Swiggy or Zomato, you force customers to use only one app. It also makes it very hard to track real sales and see which platform performs better. Hudson Chopsticks only operates from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Running ads in the morning would waste money on people who can't order yet.

01A Custom Landing Page
When users clicked the "Order Now" button on the ad, they landed on a clean, simple page with two clear choices:
  • Order on Swiggy
  • Order on Zomato
02Smart Ad Timing
We scheduled the ads to run during the restaurant's active hours (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM). This made sure the ads hit people right when they were starting to feel hungry for dinner or late-night snacks.
